David A. Sundstrom, CPA, ABV, CFF
David has consulted in over 300 forensic and litigation matters, and has qualified in State courts as an expert in the areas of economic damages, fraud investigations, and insurance claims.
David is experienced in bankruptcy, business valuation, employment matters, intellectual property, lost profits, partnership disputes, and professional standards, and has specific industry experience in aerospace, banking, construction, entertainment, medical devices, real estate, SEC and technology.
David has written reports under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures, and commonly prepares declarations, private letter reports, graphs, PowerPoint, trial graphics and storyboards for presentation to clients and courts of law.
David is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and is Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a Litigation Sections Member in Business Valuation and Economic Damages. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Business Economics with Accounting Emphasis.
